The BC Cancer Agency’s Screening Mammography Program (SMP) has permanent screening mammography centres in most large BC communities, offering year-round appointments. For those in or near rural centres, SMP provides mobile services to over 150 BC communities.

If you live in a rural community and cannot make it into a major city for a screening, there are mobile screening units. This unit program sets up temporary clinics in health centres and malls in over 150 BC communities.
